"It's Your Winning Season"

As I sit here and think about the current status of my life. I must say that for the past 10 years, I have had to ask myself on a few occasions, “how did I get here”? My life has not always been the life that I wanted but over the most recent years I can honestly say that I am living the life that I only imagined a few years ago. One of the main things that I have had to do is to define what success looks like for myself. Not some fancy definition or what it means to another person but what it means for me. I believe that I have tapped into what it means to be a winner and to experience a life of success after dealing with a whole lot of defeat. As I have continued to grow and mature I understand that my purpose on this earth is to help others to discover their super power” by being the best version of themselves, and living life to the fullest. Each of us have the day we were born and the day we die. On the head stone will be a dash. I want to challenge you to make your dash count. I want to share some winning ways to help you win and to win again.

1. WINNING IN LIFE IS A STATE OF MIND - One of the biggest hurdles to conquer is how you see yourself or what you think about yourself. The Bible declares that “ For as he thiinketh in his heart, so is he”. Pro.23:7. So whether or not you make it in life or be successful has a lot to do with how you see yourself and what you think about yourself. Start by having the right thoughts regarding your life and your life situation. I am here to tell you that this is major when you are trying to up level your life in business, ministry or simply dealing with day to day situations. I have discovered that when I keep a good positive attitude things seem to flow a lot easier. Negativity tends to breed more negativity. When I keep a positive attitude I feel lighter and I have more energy. I know all too well how depression and low level thinking can drain and deplete your energy. Keep a positive attitude. You can stay positive by guarding what you allow in your eye gate and ear gate. The things that you hear or listen to along with what you see can affect the way you think.

2. WORDS GIVE LIFE OR WORDS CAN KILL - I am big on words. It’s incredible to think about how what you say can have a direct impact on your life and your outcome. Check out your current position in life. Look at where you live, what you drive, your personal relationships, self-esteem and self-worth. All can be guided by what you say. You can even stay positive when you guard your words. So be sure to say what you want and desire. Do not continue to declare all the bad and the opposition you currently have. Something better has no way of getting to you because your affirming ( your words) wont allow it to.

3. NEGATIVE INFLUENCES CAN KILL YOUR DREAMS - My mother used to always tell me “that birds of a feather flock together”. The old proverb simply means people who have similar interest, ideas, or characteristics tend to seek out and/or associate with one another. You have to watch who you hang around. Are they having a positive impact on your life and actions? Are they negative: Do the gossip about others? Do they tend to talk down your goals and desires? Do you find yourself saying and thinking things about others and you have no idea if those things said are true or false? Are you down playing your real desires when around these certain people? Are you afraid to tell them what you really desire because the say things like, “you can’t do that”, “you think that’s going to happen for you?”, You get the idea. So who you spend time with can have a direct impact on how far you are able to accelerate in life.

4. START DREAMING - Lastly, it doesn’t cost anything to dream. You can increase your vision, your aspirations by reading, visiting a high end resort or 5-Star restaurant for some fine dining. Plus you deserve it. Inspiration can be found in a lot of different places actually. Some people enjoy being around water or listening to a water fountain. You can also be encouraged to dream big by joining some like minded groups or others with a passion like you have. You decide. I’m simply encouraging you to get off the side lines, stop self-sabotaging and start dreaming. For some of you, you need to staring dreaming again.

I SPEAK TO YOU AND I DECLARE THAT EVERY DREAM KILLER WILL NO LONGER HAVE INFLUENCE IN YOUR LIFE AND OVER YOUR DECISION MAKING. THERE IS GREATNESS IN YOU. YOU ARE NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. YOU SURVIVED. YOU ARE STILL WINNING.
